3D Assets
The main file type is FBX.
They can be used as assets for game environments and character assets.
Simple is consider easy to make models like masks, ears and tail, while complicated models would be swords, and helmets. It depends on how complicated the design is.
For VTubers I can add bones for jiggle physics like tails.
If you don't know how to import an asset to your VTuber I can import it for a price, but I'll need your model to perform this work.
I'll let you know there are some vtuber softwares with this function to add assets with physics if you're uncomfortable with sending your model to others.

Blendshapes
Blenshapes bring expressions to your VRoid model. If you already have a VRoid model but no blendshapes I can add them in, and you will show more character and feeling as a VTuber. The blendshapes I make usually work in VUP but can also work in a few other programs. I can create a couple more blendshapes that would work for VSeeFace, but because I don't have iPhone and not much experience I'll add both basic and VSeeFace blendshapes for a small fee. I can also create a few anime like expressions.

VRoid Models $60
3D VTubers created in VRoid. You'll need to provide a design of your character with the best of your ability.
If you already have a model but need clothes I can create a PNG image for you to import for your model.
If I cannot read your design I will require a clearer image so that I can make sure I understand your concept well. I can offer Character Reference work for this purpose if needed.
Look below for other services if you don't need a full model.
The price will depend on how much detail you want on your character, which will be the amount of clothes on your model, hair styles, skin paint, details on the colors of eyes, hair, etc.
